I have spent twenty years building and running businesses. Most recently as CEO of Blue Eye, and before that as CEO and General Manager of Crayon US, where I ran a $51 million P&L. Before either of those I spent nine years at Microsoft, finishing as Senior Director of the US partner ecosystem, where my job was helping thousands of other people's businesses grow.
Fenix is my own money and my own time. There is no fund behind me and no investment committee to satisfy. I bring in partners when a business needs a specialist, and they are people I have worked with for years, but they do not own any of this. The person you talk to is the person who decides.
It is also why I can spend months inside a business before making an offer. Nobody is waiting on me to deploy capital by a deadline.
